We were looking for a compact microwave to take up less space on our counter but still get the large inside to warm up food on a 12" square plate and this works perfectly. Plus it is so quiet you can't even hear that it's running.

I just got this microwave as a replacement for one that stopped working. So far it seems to be a very good microwave. One thing I do not like about it -- it has no light in the control panel. It is really hard to see to program in what you want to cook when there is no light to see what you are doing. Also, there is no manual inside the box. You have to go online or make a phone call to an 800 number to get the manual sent to you. Waiting two or three weeks [estimated] for the manual to come in the mail can get very frustrating. Otherwise I think this is a pretty nice microwave.

Our previous model expired after us using it for 17 years....since we built our hosue. We were thrilled there was a newer version that fit perfectly in the previous opening, so no alterations were necessary.
