Not a lot of power

Nice cosmetic look but tends to take longer to heat the food than other microwaves.

Not happy with it

It's not as quiet as I prefer, the instructions are a sheet instead of a booklet like my old one had, but worst of all, the panel is hard to see, especially for older people like me, unless there's a lot of light in the area where it's at. If someone needs a microwave in a hurry and that's that the only that is the size they want, then I'd say buy it. But other than that, I wouldn't recommend it.

I have always loved GE products. This is my 3rd GE microwave. I purchased this one because it was large than the one I have now. Great product.

Long to program

Changing from my basic RCA to this, I find that programming is longer. I have to press Time Cook and Power, instead of keying in the minutes and seconds and then pressing Power for a custom setting. The GE inserts one, additional step.
Also, while I placed the order In-store, I did not test a model on the floor. That was not possible. The salesperson found the model in his computer. The price was right, so were the dimensions, inner capacity, and the kilowatts, as well as the stainless case. So I placed the order.
