The only reason for 4 stars is my old one had more power. Size is the same as that was biggest feature I needed for replacement. Still learning new cooking time as less power means more cooking. I’m not sure if electric will go up/down or stay the same. I love everything else. Good product

I love my new GE microwave! It is so quiet compared to my old (8yrs) microwave oven. It is very efficient! Plus, the popcorn choice button really works without burning the popcorn! Perfect size for my use!

Great when it works

The microwave is easy to use and seems to provide good heating temperatures. The problem with this model is that it doesn't work all the time. Intermittently it will not turn on - usually after it has been used a few times. This is almost daily. Usually towards evening. Very weird. Nothing will make it work as far as we can tell. I bought it for my mother and i don't live with her so returning it is difficult. Pain and not particularly happy with purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been satisfied w/this microwave, until yesterday. I pushed the button to open door and I heard a clunk! The mw does not open! How can that happed to a mw that fairly new! What can be done about this?
