Handle hard to push open.

This is a wonderful product except for the open button. My 87 year old mom has trouble opening it because it is too hard to push. Otherwise would have give it a 5.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Noisy closing door

I can't stand the loud opening and closing of the door. It's awful. I cant keep it possibly just for that reason.
