Noisy and not heating enough

Started as a good appliance but after 2 weeks the heating power went down and started to make loud noises when was been used. It was a disappointment because we really like GE products. We returned to the store and got our money refunded.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wasn't sure I could adjust to 950 watts since my previous microwave was 1100 watts, but this one is awesome. Cook times have to be adjusted slightly but everything I've used it for has been cooked perfectly.
