Poor button design & function

The buttons are hard to see and very hard to push. In low light they are impossible to see.

Great price, great product and made from a well kn

Our old GE microwave 16 years old was starting to wear out and we had the metal plate that covered the microwave inside get dirty and it caused the microwave to arch sparks. The cost to replace and clean up our old machine wasn't much less then the cost for our new oven. Hope it lasts as long as our old one!

MI6 Couldn't open the door!

Unit seems to perform adequately for our use of mainly warming food items and cooking popcorn. The door keypad numbers and settings are hard to read even in lighted conditions. Would have been nice to have a backlight or something illuminating the keypad. The door is one of the worst mechanisms to open I have ever seen. Enormous amount of pressure to

Hello Valued Customer - Thank you for providing a review on your microwave. We are sorry for any inconvenience. It is best to open the door by pressing the center of door latch release. When pressing in areas off center and further from center, the door latch is more difficult to operate. This is normal operation for the microwave.
