i bit HARD to push the open button. I wish the menu panel was backlit, or easier to see. Easy to use, similar to other Micro wave overs. Nice size for a unit that's lightly used.

This microwave looks sturdy, very easy to use, and is pretty quiet while in use. It heat up food very fast, and the size is perfect. How reliable? Time will tell.
