You may want to reset the electronics by unplugging or by turning off power at the circuit breaker for 30 seconds If this doesn't help, we suggest you make a warranty claim by calling GE Appliances at 800-432-2737. This microwave was the perfect size. Fits nicely on the counter. I like the white interior. Seems powerful and heats evenly. Haven’t had it for very long, but trust the GE brand to be reliable.

This microwave works effectively and is easy to use. My only complaint is a noise, perhaps caused by a few items on top of the microwave.

It’s a little bigger than anticipated, but has proven to be well worth the price so far. I love the buttons; especially when I can hit one button to add 10 seconds to my cooking time.
