No complaints so far. Does what's needed. Heats the food. No problems yet with this model. Unlike previous 2 microwaves that after a time stopped heating.

Good value for size

Purchased this for use in my office, great compact size. Realize this is a smaller power unit and will take much longer to heat up food vs the larger microwaves most people have for at-home use. Other than the longer time to warm up food, this is a great microwave with a small footprint but large enough capacity inside to fit a plate to warm up.
I would recommend this to a friend!
