Nice simple microwave

Good microwave overall. Have issues with small fires starting when heating up leftover foods in microwave safe bowls. It’s rather large for a countertop microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too noisy

This product is very noisy. The motor sound is loud. The product irattles also. If I shut the frig door which it’s sitting on the door of the microwave rattles. It was a gift so I can’t complain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sleek, smooth design. Really like the stainless steel and black colors that compliment my gourmet kitchen. There are many, many places where the film (clear or blue or tape) must be removed. Use your thumb or fingernail at the corners to remove them all! That's important. Just got this today and had no trouble setting it up or even heating water for tea. This model is somewhat louder when running than my 35 year-old Samsung that just died. But that sound level is not a deal breaker. I use a microwave for heating or reheating liquids and foods. I use my double wall oven and range for actual real cooking.

Less end beeping and now reminder beeping!

We had the older version of this microwave and it wouldn’t stop its beep when you opened the door and it didn’t occasionally beep to remind you to take out what you warmed (and likely forgot about already). This new model corrects both of these annoyances. It also seems to be a bit quieter as well.
