So far it has worked wonderfully

I like the size and the simple touch pad on the microwave. Have not had any issues with this product yet. I have had it for a month and heating food has been even. Defrosting meats has not cooked the meat like some microwaves it actually defrost the meat.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is not as good as my last microwave. I had it for a long time and it just wore out. It defrosted food faster. The GE takes longer to do the same job.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The microwave works well. However, I was expecting excellent performance based on the reviews. This microwave is made of a poorly thin material, I only have it about four months and the plastic covering the number pad is already peeling off. Definitely more inferior than the Kenmore I had. That's the reason I rate it as 4.
