This microwave replaces a GE microwave that was 44 years old and cooks very much like that one. Love the turntable that makes everything cook faster.

Small and loud

I really want to like this microwave. Loved my old GE one, had it for 10+ years. thus one is smaller, lighter, less power and is noisy but it is the closest I could find to my old one. A bit disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love G E products. It what I wanted. It makes a
noise ( I guess you would call it a hum) when it warms or cook the food. Everything else is good.

Our 2007 GE was still running but had rusted where paint came off under the plate. We needed the same size and this model was almost identical. We use our microwave daily and our only question was if 950 watts would be enough. Turns out, it heated a mug of coffee water hotter and just as quickly as our old model. We're retired and this was a
