Unfortunately the keypad is now dying after only fourteen months of service...

Hello! We're so sorry for this difficulty with your keypad. This is frustrating, we know. Your model is warranted for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. If within this one year timeframe you would return it to the original dealer with a sales receipt for exchange of the product. Outside of that one year warranty period, it's not cost effective to repair and we would suggest replacement. You may view our line of microwaves by visiting our website at www.geappliances.com.

The microwave has been reliable to far. I wish it was a little bigger inside bc now our dinner plates don’t rotate with the carousel. and the power is good.
