Nice basic microwave with stainless steel front but top and sides are some other material and look awful. Smudges that cannot be removed. Since this us a countertop model it is quite disappointing.

To clean the outside of the microwave case (top and sides), we recommend using a sudsy cloth (mild dish soap), rinse with a damp cloth and then dry with a soft cloth. Please don't use cleaners containing ammonia or alcohol on the microwave oven. Ammonia or alcohol can damage the appearance of the microwave. We hope you find this helpful. - Sharon@GEA

Needed a basic replacement microwave in a hurry and didn’t have many to choose from.
Heats fine, standard features. Metal sides vibrate when it’s warming and are very loud.

The oven works fine so far, and the only complaint I might have is the fact that the grey-on-black function keys are impossible to read without a bright light behind you. This same design quirk is pretty common among electrical appliances, though, so apparently a lot of people must like it.
