Malfunctioned

Keypad quit working 2 weeks after purchase. Contacted GE and returned to store where it was bought. GE Care told me this is a known issue with this model. If it is a known issue, why are they not recalling it? Did not purchase a second one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We purchased this for our new smaller house and it fits perfectly on our countertop. It can easily fit larger dishes and warms them up very quickly. We did research prior to purchasing it and were not surprised at how well it performed.
