Powerful and perfect size

Fits perfectly on my countertop, holds large dinner plate, and is more powerful than others I’ve had. I do wish I could turn off the beeping sounds.

I read reviews for many micros and this one had the most positive. It doesn't have as many watts as my last one, but can't tell a lot of difference,so I'm happy. It also looks good and the price was right.

Best microwave I have ever owned

This is the 6th microwave I have owned, and it is by far the best microwave I have ever purchased over the years. When I purchased it, I did not do any research - the previous microwave died, and a microwave is one of 5 replace-same-day items in the household.
It.is an easy-to-use microwave for starters. It has the needed power to cook or reheat foods in short order. It has all the features I was looking for. The 30-second button was a surprise, and has been very helpful - too bad the previous microwaves didn't have that. Much of what the microwave is used for is short, quick heat-up items. Foods warm up or cook consistently. The wattage is perfect for our household - not too powerful and yet not under-powered.
I am thinking there are other features yet to discover on it that I have not used yet (must be a guy-thing - haven't read all of the instructions and buttons), but it has all that I am looking for in a microwave, except for one thing. The only feature it lacks (and this is true of all of the microwaves I have owned) is a backlit keypad.
But it is a great product at a great price! I would buy it again without hesitation. Keep up the great work, GE!

I just don’t like that the door closes so hard, but I like the fact that it beeps once softly when something is finish heating.
