I am so glad I decided to buy this microwave! It heats quickly and defrosts at a timely manner as well. My kids says it's easy to use with just pushing the 1 or 2 and it automatically starts heating the food. It is a perfect size for a family of six. I am happy with this microwave. It is nice and the price for it was affordable!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Seems to work great - better than our previous microwave, however it rattles like crazy every step taken in our kitchen. Is this normal?

countertop works fine but one big criticism I have is that the 'control panel' is NOT illuminated as is the clock/timer, thus makes it HARD TO READ unless you're right on top of it...the keypad is NOT easy to read...why??

I would 4 star rating as there are no clock on the panel and makes additional noise. Other than that all good. Has a great capacity and all other needed controls.

Food Buttons & Control Lock

The directions for the food buttons is listed inside the microwave. The popcorn button even has 2 settings for bag size. My kids use to make a lot of popcorn when they were home. These settings help prevent burning. The Control lock prevents little ones from accidently turning the microwave on.
