2.5 Year Microwave

I purchase this product in November 2018. I loved this micro wave and it match my other appliances perfectly. Fast forward to August 2nd, 2021 the micro wave stopped working in the middle of a 2 minute cycle.
Call me old fashion but I expected 8-10 years of use from a small appliance instead of the 2.5 years I received.

I own all GE products. They came with my new house and I 100 percent will be moving to stainless GE for my second house when renovations are finished! Love your product and always have!
