Hello. We appreciate you reaching out to us, and are glad the microwave is working fine. However, we hate to hear you have had trouble figuring out all the settings and options; we know this must be frustrating, especially if you felt the instructions were not detailed enough.

The use and care manual does go over details of how to use these functions. For example, the Time Cook option involves you first pressing Time Cook, entering the specific time you want, and pressing Start. If you wanted to use the Frozen Vegetable option, you would press that pad repeatedly until the number of ounces appears on the display (4, 8 or 16 ounces), then press Start.
