It had been a while since I purchased a new microwave, but my other one just quick one day (dodder brand). We decided to purchase this one because it matches the refrigerator that we were forced to purchase last month. I am very happy with the microwave, it's much quieter than any I've ever had, but it is as strong as the 1100W that had quit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Third time is not the charm

We have purchased three GE profiles in last 20 months. All of them have had issues with turntable motor going bad. Won’t be buying GE in future.

We are sincerely sorry your microwave is not operating properly so soon into its lifespan and truly understand how that would be frustrating, especially with your previous microwaves doing the same. This is not the ownership experience we want for you. We are seeing that this microwave is a "Return to Vendor" model as parts for it are extremely limited. In this case, we recommend you reach out to Lowe's to evaluate what your options for repair are.
