Nice microwave, just what we wanted

While we have not yet used all the features of this oven, we are very pleased in the way it is operating. However, buyers beware that the keypad is not illuminated and is somewhat to very difficult to read at times.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The feature that we really like is that at the end of the heating cycle and the beeping starts, the beeping stops as soon as we open the door. Many others continue beeping for 5 or 6 beeps after the the door is opened.

This is a great mircrowave for the price point. My older GE was a 1100 and this is only 950. However, I think this is just as powerful. The only thing I would like it to have that
is missing is the side panel is all black and doesn't light up. It is a little hard to see. However, in spite of this I am really pleased and would recommend you purchase it!

We are really enjoying our new microwave. Our old one did not have a revolving plate, and we’re enjoying the even heat distribution as well as the modern profile of the microwave. GE has a great reputation, and we were excited to find a GE microwave to fit our microwave cabinet space.
