Does everything we want, including interior light to monitor cooking & delicate re-heating. Wish the light could be turned off when the oven’s not in use so the door could remain open to allow odors to clear.

More power than our previous microwave. Disappointed that the key pad is not backlit. Hard to see in the evening. If I open the door, the light inside will somewhat shine on the pad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One day in. Working as intended so far! Hope it lasts as long as the unit that failed yesterday. The Panasonic it replaced was made in April, 1979.

I previously had a GE microwave and it was 14 yrs old so knew GE was a good product. I like the new features on this one better. I am sure I will get just as good or better service from the new as my old one and will well pleased if I do.

It’s quiet. Other GE appliances I’ve owned have lasted over 20 years; both my washer and refrigerator. The buttons of the various settings leaves my food and drink at the perfect temperatures. The stainless steel model looks great with my other SS appliances in the kitchen. It has a quiet beep when food and drink are finished until they are removed. I think GE products are the best quality.
