Does not heat over 6 minutes. Key pad dark

I had an earlier version of this microwave for 7 years . this replacement is much lower quality. For some reason it doesn’t work past 6 on the key pad. Press 7,8 9 and Nothing. The key pad is so dark I have to have a flash lite to see it , plus mark Go with a sticker
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Countertop 1.1 white microwave

It has worn me out. Something wrong with this 1.1 microwave. On my third one in less than a couple months. Doesn't work, noisy. Have to return and buy another one. Same thing, licking in the turntable. Sounds like something wrong in it. Had to wait for more to come in. Just got the third one and have to return the broken one again. I just tried the third one and it is so noisy. This one sounds like the motor is making noises. I worn out hauling these microwaves in and out of the stores. I love this little microwave. I have this microwave for over 40 years. The last one broke after 2 years. Had to throw it out. The one before it last maybe 5 years, had to throw it out. Rats... I'm great-grandma, disables, old... back broken, knees no good. A mess.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Big Regret

Under a few months of having this microwave I became the guinea pig for my family to heat anything up due to the loud sound it would make that terrified everyone in the house including my husband. So in my 50s I never thought that my life would be like this regarding the use of any appliances. Please run from this product and don't walk or else you will think back and remember my warning.
