I like this microwave and the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is I wished I could just press the exact time with one step instead of having to do 2 steps.

Heats well but plastic carousel that glass plate sits on makes an awful noise when rotating.

Good capacity for a smaller microwave. The look is great and it fits in with the rest of our kitchen decor. The one drawback is the control panel is on a black background which makes it difficult to see. I hold up a flashlight when I want to program the microwave so
