Had our unit for about 18 mo and the bottom bubbled up and is peeling off! Again. ( This is our second GE microwave to go wonky in the span of four years).
:-/
So off we go to purchase another microwave. Getting a bit tiring having to purchase new every 18 mo's. to two years. The brand we bought my son for college was used and abused for four years and still in great shape. Too bad he left it with roommates when he graduated. May call see what brand purchased; know not GE. Sorry.

I really loved the product. Food gets heat up very fast. The size is also perfect for an apartment specially. Lastly, the variety of options provided within the microwave is really awesome.

Our previous GE microwave stopped working and I needed a replacement same day. Even though this one is a bit smaller and not as powerful, it was available for quick purchase at a good price. So far it's meeting our needs.
