It is normal to experience any of the following with a microwave or Advantium oven (see article below):

Great microwave, a few small issues

Good microwave. It beeps after the time is up so it’s easy to remember you put something inside.
I don’t like the stainless steel button to open, you can really see fingerprints on that. Wish that part was black.

The Speed Buttons to cook, deftost or heat items.

This microwave was a great value for the price. The power and size of the interior is great for the money. In particular, the microwave is easy to use with Speed Buttons to cook, defrost or heat certain items with just one button. The stainless steel look is also very nice and attractive on the countertop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very good for the price

It does most of what my larger older GE model does but I do miss sensor cooking. This oven does not detect heat/moisture of the cooking food and only works on time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's still doing good

I have had it for a few months now, it is still doing good. My biggest complaint is the that the information pad where the numbers and food descriptions are can be hard to read in dimmed environment and I have to bend over some time to put in my cooking info. Otherwise it does a good job, especially on my baked sweet potatoes, now that I have learned how much time to use in cooking one based on it's weight. I use it every day for every meal, which on a normal day is 3 times a day.
I would recommend this to a friend!
