No display lighting is a major drawback

We think that the lack of back lighting for the display is definitely a disadvantage. It requires additional external lighting which should not be required.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works well. What I did not like is that the sticker on power button was stuck very hard and the button surface got damaged during removal.
So a new microwave immediately looks old and used.

Nice microwave ….however

I bought this microwave for my parents . They like it a lot however the touchpad is too dark . They also have a cooktop that is GE . My mother has struggled with the numbers on the controls since she had it . Please consider the older people when designing your appliances .

I had no idea how much an impact it would be to purchase a lower wattage microwave. It takes TWICE as long to heat liquids.

The microwave works but it is very hard to select the start button. I have to push and push to get it to start or add 30 seconds.
