A good value for the money!

I was looking for a countertop microwave and checked out Consumer Reports through the library. This microwave had the main feature that I was looking for with quick keys for 30 seconds and minute increments. It was the right size to fit on my existing microwave cart and the price was reasonable.

I bought this because I have 3 other appliances over 20 years old. One item is about 50 years or more. Love the feature of being able to use the timer and cook at the same time. Also learned that you can’t start cooking unless you have something in the oven. It comes up with FOOD. Very good feature.

Great counter top microwave

Plug in and go, easy to use! I love the one touch buttons and "shortcuts". Great for reheating leftovers and the basic microwave meals.

GE microwave, super heavy!

GE microwave, super heavy! It was on an upper shelf, so there was no way to check it at that time to see how heavy it was.
The top of it looked like it was silver but when getting it out of the box with another person’s help, it turned out to be a baby blue color.
The door is exceptionally hard to open. Nothing like my other one which was more user-friendly.
I’m starting to get used to it. And I’m reading the directions of the owner

For anyone buying this model, please check it out by having them get it down off the shelf so they can find out how heavy it is to carry inside and on top of the counter etc.
