Would have rated a 5 if key panel lighted up. Hassle to have to turn light on in room so you can see panel in dark room

The compact size was perfect and it is very quiet when running. It heats food evenly and has does a great job!

Didn't last as long as others I have bought

I have had at least 4 of these (this same model) in the last 12 years. It is the only one that fits the space I have. The last one I had lasted a couple years. This one.... less than a year. When I say didnt last, the turntable makes a god awful noise. That is when I purchase another one. This one started making noise after 4 months, but I lost the receipt. I do plan on purchasing again, only because it is the only MW that I can find to fit my microwave space. Pretty disappointed.

Works fine. No door handle so lots of fingerprints on the door. A little noisy, but for the price it's overall worth it.
