If something goes wrong with this microwave just throw it away because you cannot order anything else other than the plate and the spinner thing in the middle and side of the microwave I called to try to get a simple latch which is a simple fix but I was told it is a back to vendor purchased item my manufacturer warranty ran out although I don't think they would have honored it because I accidentally broke the latch when it got hooked on my long sleeve shirt closing the door makes no sense why they would put such a flimsy cheap latch that would snap off so easily and not be able to replace
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good microwave, sometimes does not turn

Good heating, but not as powerful as others. I prefer a slower cook time to prevent uneven cooking or burning anyways.
Sometimes the bottom does not turn and the glass plate needs to be adjusted, which I do by turning left and right to maybe get the gear back in the right spot, then it usually spins again. Not enough of a hassle for us to go through return and send this new unit to a landfill, but an issue if you can't pay attention and it burns while cooking...
Door is also a bit loud to close, so I usually have to hold it while closing rather than slamming. Love the ping remind feature in case I forget something!
I would recommend this to a friend!
