So far we have been loving our new microwave! It has been efficient & easy to use. It is much quieter than our old one as well. The only thing I would note that the metallic part does pick up fingerprints so you may need to continually wipe it down if seeing those spots on the metallic part bothers you.

Good fit for our needs

Our old microwave quit are 38 (yes, thirty eight) years. We replaced it with a"recommended brand" that was so noisy it was audible through the entire house including upstairs!. Retuned that on day 3 and bought this much quieter unit. It does a great job reheating , thawing etc.( we don't use microwave for cooking main dishes) and meets our needs very well. Overall we are very pleased with the purchase and hope it will serve at least half the number of years as our old one.!

Great price. Easy to use. What more can I say? Didn't really want stainless but was too hard to resist. Saw online was able to pick up within an hour.

BEST FEATURES EVER!!!

Best features EVER!!! Inside the microwave is a sticker at the top of the opening that explains how to use each feature. It's great! My grandkids can make popcorn without burning it by pushing the popcorn for the appropriate size bag and it works!!! We've made baked potatoes the same way, by pushing the potato button for the number of photos I'm baking, 1 to 3 potatoes. BEST IDEA EVER!!!

Troubleshoot success!

If your microwave makes any funny noises, other than a slight “hum” while working, take it back. It’s not supposed to sound that way. If there is a knocking noise that is obviously not the glass plate shifting inside, something is not right. I bought one and tried it, heard the noise and exchanged after reading reviews. The replacement is quiet and works beautifully. Love the push button door, functions, size, and look.
