I like the product although the last one we had lasted less than a year. The only issue is reading the key pad. If it was illuminated it would be helpful or having the key pad at a slight angle may make it easier to read. Being on the counter we have to bend over to see keys, especially if we don't have the lights on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The microwave is attractive and easy to use; has a carousel that enables it to heat/cook foods thoroughly without "cold spots."
