Unit Failed After 6 Months

Unit failed suddenly after 6 months. During standard use the unit just completely powered off as if it blew a fuse. Triple checked the outlet with other appliances to ensure it had power.

Over all happy with the microwave. Top gets quite warm after heating a dish. Front control panel a bit difficult to read should be back lit.

Works well, fairly quiet, the buttons are stiff and hard to push, so slides around the countertop. Hope they get better soon.

The microwave replaces a previous GE microwave that stopped working after many years. Overall, it works well. The door doesn't sound as solid as my previous oven nor is there an option to turn off the turntable for large or awkward items to microwave. Sidenote: the preset buttons have been 'enhanced' compared to my previous oven with size options to choose before starting. I'm finding I'm less inclined to use them except for the reheat (which is now relabeled as "dinner plate").

I purchased my microwave on MY 29th. I really liked the quietness ,efficiency and style. But about two weeks I noticed a
defect on the top and front of the microwave. Should I bring it back for a replacement.
