Bought this to replace a 20+ year old microwave. What a difference. What took 3 minutes to heat now only takes a minute. Can't complain about the old one, it worked for a long time. Love the new one.

I bought this two months ago to replace a microwave I had for 8 years. The new one doesn't heat as well as the old one but the new one is less wattage. I like all the cooking features it has. Something in the sound of the this microwave upsets my dog who runs to the basement when we use it. Does anyone else have this problem with a pet?

The old microwave I had stopped working. This on is smaller in capacity & less wattage nevertheless & am very happy with the way it cooks or reheats food. The only thing I would change is the words on the dark buttons are hard to see. I have to turn on the light to see. Also you have to really really press hard to get the buttons to work. Not use to this. makes microwave moe on the counter. Like flat plug on the wall.
