Have only had it a few weeks, but so far really do like it. The one negative is that the numbers are a little hard to see. Would be better if they were a little lighter. But, overall, very pleased, at this point.

Easy to operate and clean, looks good in kitchen but one flaw the finger prints. Compared to others it worked best for its power and price. Great .

Good for a small microwave.

The opener is a little catchy. It seems to want to stick. Hoping it improves as we use it. Not as powerful as I’d like but that’s not GE’s fault. But we mainly use it to steam veggies and warmups.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall this microwave is just right. It's not too fancy and doesn't serve as multiple devices. I needed to replace my previous one and just wanted the same one. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because it does not pop popcorn as well as my previous one. I end up with a lot of unpopped kernels. The previous one, which was basically the exact same one, just older, popped popcorn perfectly.

TURNS ON WHEN YOU OPEN THE DOOR

This microwave turns on when you press the open door push in button. Gee, does not seem safe what-so-ever. I do not recommend.

This is not normal, and we recommend resetting your microwave by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function, this will require service by a qualified technician.
