We love our microwave.

The only issue we had is it did make too much noise in the beginning. Once we put a heavy item on top of the microwave, the noise stopped.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While the product looks great, it is not all that powerful and somewhat loud. It will take over a minute to heat up a cup of coffee. The stainless finish is eye catching.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Serviceable unit.

It's OK. Some food burned in the microwave and we can't get the scorched smell out. We tried various recommended methods. Also, some of the stains from the scorched food inside the unit we have not been able to remove -- again, carefully using recommended methods.
The buttons are too small to read clearly and for fingers to push. I wish the words on each button were bolder to make them easier to see. It would help if the buttons were backlit too to make them easier to see/read in low light, and for overall ease of use.
We want to be careful cleaning the exterior stainless steel. What is the safest cleaner to use that won't leave streaks or marks? Same for the inside ... we've been careful, but there still are stains inside, as well as that smell.
I would recommend this to a friend!

To address the concerns you've raised, we recommend cleaning the exterior stainless steel with a hot, damp cloth using a mild detergent suitable for stainless steel surfaces. Ensure to scrub lightly in the direction of the grain, and always dry with a clean cloth. For the interior, use a sudsy cloth to clean and then wipe it down with a damp cloth. Regarding the burnt food smell, we understand it can be persistent, and we recommend thoroughly cleaning with a mixture of water and baking soda.
