I love the size and the features. It looks really nice in my kitchen. Have only used one day hence the rating of only a 4.
I have had through the years many GE appliances (larger) in fact still using my dishwasher installed in 1994. So I hope this will last well as they have.

Quality control?

Same model as first one, which lasted only 1-1/2 years. Must be a loose wire connection, because the time flickered on once when I jarred the unit, but never again, so I opted to buy same model and hoped the law of averages would be on my side and this one will last a more reasonable time.
