The microwave is nice looking and works good, but it is very loud and tinny sounding. The door push button to open also works really hard.

Can't go wrong....

We removed our undermount microwave and switched to this countertop microwave. Looks good and we do not miss our undermount. The only negative is how loud the door opening and closing.

The owner’s manual does not say what PF means, which is what shows on the readout.
Also, the buttons are so dark we CANNOT see what we are pushing! Need a flashlight to see the control panel!
