The Microwave is a noisy as stated on the box, however, the noise is not always persistent. The microwave is sometimes
very quiet. It does heat up very quickly so the food is always good and hot.

The microwave works well, but the only part I don’t like about it is when you change the power, it fluctuates on the power, it isn’t consistent.

Microwave has a burnt electrical smell, hoping it's just because it's new. And hoping this one holds up. I'm replacing the same model, on the old one the paint flaked where the rolls on the turntable are and make it unsafe to use.

We want to help go over the smell you are noticing. Microwaves can retain odors from what's being heated inside. A new microwave can also have a smell during its first uses. We like the design and operation of the microwave....It is quieter than our old one and heats the food more evenly.
We wish the control panel would be lighted....It's rather hard to read without a backlight.
