Somewhat disappointing for a GE product.

I find that the outside of the unit gets hot when in use. Also, the buttons are hard to push.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Size is perfect

I chose this GE microwave to replace my previous,17 year old GE microwave. It is very similar to my old one. I'm hoping this one lasts as long. l was very disappointed I had to go to the library to print a manual, to learn how to use the features.

I have not used the microwave enough to evaluate its worth, however I was disappointed that the owner’s manual was not in the box. Only the quick use pamphlet was included. That is not a good first impression.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a smaller unit than what I had before, but I like it as I am older and do not have the same usage as I did before with more people to cook for each day.

Control panel too dark

I ‘ve only had it for a couple of weeks, but so far I really like this microwave. I find the control panel too dark and difficult to read, however and have to keep a flashlight nearby. Would be better if entire panel was backlit. The 30-second+ feature is convenient.
