Makes a lot of weird noises when in use. Bulb has gone off and on for no reason. Keypad is hard to push and so dark that under low light conditions you can't ever see it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Microwave cooks good, keypad is horrible.

The microwave itself does what it is supposed to do, it heats up / cooks food and does it well. The power of the microwave is good, things cook quickly. When you first start a cooking cycle, every time, I hear some weird pops coming from inside the microwave but then will go away after 7 to 10 seconds. Also, the keypad is horrible; the printing on the keypad is so dark. It looked fine in a well lit store but at home, where the area is not as bright, it is very hard to see. In fact, at night time I currently have to use a flashlight to see the buttons until I am able memorize all the buttons. The previous microwave, the printing on the keep was really bright white and I had no issues seeing the buttons. Are these buttons supposed to light up so you can see them? All in all, not really that happy with the microwave but for the price, it works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent microwave

The microwave works beautifully. The instructions were easy to follow to set the clock and settings. The quality is exceptional. Has all the needed features I wanted in a microwave.

Pro: It’s powerful for a little microwave!
Con: while I like that it fits where I need it to, it is so small that it can’t really vent it self well and the inside can get pretty steamy. Especially if you’re making like an easy mac and the contents boil inside. It causes the door to get wet and sometimes it can cause condensation in between the double layered door.
Another con is opening and closing it is not very convenient. You have to press it really hard to open and then to close you have to slam it so therefore making this operation pretty noisy.
We didn’t really have a choice bc we needed one that would fit in the microwave cabinet portion of the cabinets. If anything I just wish maybe it was a bit taller to allow better ventilation and an easier to use and quieter door operation.
