Disappointed

I thought I was getting a great microwave and only had it for a week and the LED surface lights went out. It's been a real challenge to get a epair service out to Cedar City Utah to repair. It took almost 2 months, they really need a repair services available locally! Once I got the serviceman out, the turn table motor is not functioning correctly. Now I have to wait for a part and who knows when I will get it and get another appointment for service. Hopefully before thanksgiving. However, hopefully everything else will continue to work. We will see. It's just been a nightmare!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like this microwave a lot. We've had it a couple months and here's what I'd change...
I wish the buttons lit up in the dark. I wish the defrost features were more intuitive. I have to look up how to use them, but other than that, the microwave works wonderfully. I also wish the door opened and closed more softly.

Microwave is easy to use and works great. Only problem we have is seeing the setting selections on the dark background. Otherwise, we are very pleased with this appliance.
