The government forms get trickier but the Turbotax

Turbotax is an amazing product every year it gets easier to use while the government keeps trying to make things more complicated.
What's great about it: they cover a lot of information quickly and effciently
What's not so great: nickle and diming for paying to file docs

QUESTIONS ARE SIMPLY WORDED. EACH QUESTION IS ISOLATED TO AVOID CONFUSION WITH OTHER TOPICS.
What's great about it: CLEAR QUESTIONS; ABILITY TO LOOK AT TAX FORMS
What's not so great: NO DIFFERENTIATION BETWEEN "NO REFUND" AND "APPLIED REFUND TO ESTIMATED TAXES"

Turbo helps me get over the major Tax hurdles

For the first pass TurboTax is totally awesome. Checks are made. Questions asked. Math is done. Explanations are given. Help is offered. Data is entered once and Forms are filled out in multiple places. Rules are followed. Did I say the Math was done? Oh yeah, I did say the Math is done for you all over the place. This great, saved me tons of hours. From major work if i did it my self to general easy with TurboTax.
What's great about it: From owing 4 digit to 4 digit refund, Total Awesome!
What's not so great: Can't jump back into the middle of something you have done to review it quicker.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

No PIN # my returns were rejected.

I worked with turbotax and my tax returns were rejected. I never came to any screen the first time I filed to ask for any PIN or AGI.
My program shutdown without notice a few times, and said it was recoverying my tax files, and each time my tax due was higher.
I'm interested to know if I redo this return will my tax amount due be the same. I was havimg alot of shutdowns on April 15th.
Maybe when I move to a more surburban area of GA I won't have so many problems with shutdowns.
I will never wait to efile on the last day again.
What's great about it: the interview process and forms mode
What's not so great: my program auto shutdown a few times, and when it reloaded my tax due was higher each time

I have used turbo tax for the last ten years and find it one of the best ways to do your taxes. I would not do them any other way!

PROGRAM FLAWED

WAS FRUSTRATED BEYOND BELIEF WHEN CD DOWNLOAD WOULD NOT WORK CORRECTLY AND HAD A REALLY HARD TIME LOCATING CUSTOMER CONTACT PHONE NUMBER. FINALLY RESOLVED BY GETTING ON LINE PROGRAM DOWNLOADED ON ANOTHER PC AS IT STILL WAS SCREWED UP ON DESKTOP UNIT
What's great about it: EASY ENTRY
What's not so great: HAD TO DOWNLOAD ON ANTHER COMPUTER TO GET IT TO WORK CORRECTLY
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
