Couldn't e-file

didn't let me e-file only my federal tax. It was more than happy to charge me for the audit defense and e-file state tax though.
What's great about it: correct forms

USLESS PRODUCT

FIRST TIME USER OF THIS PRODUCT. WISH I KNEW UPFRONT IT DID NOT AUTOMATICALLY UPDATE. WILL NEVER PURCHASE SOFTWARE AGAIN!!! PRODUCT STILL HAS NOT UPDATED.
What's great about it: NONE
What's not so great: SOFTWARE NEVER DOWNLOADED. HAD TO FILE PAPER CLAIM EVENTHOUGH I PAID FOR THIS SOFTWARE.

Great System

I have used this for several years now and have been completely satisfied with no problems whatsoever.
What's great about it: Easy step by step
What's not so great: Sometimes confusing on review
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I would never go back to doing my returns by hand like I did for many years!
What's great about it: FAST and usually EASY
What's not so great: supporting a-z deductions list was not available

The software was easy to use and very user friendly. I would have preferred a little more explanation on some of the categories, but overall the process was painless.
What's great about it: Straight-forward software
What's not so great: Explanations were very limited sometimes to generic

I particularly like the built-in features to check for errors and missing info, and the final review steps that are offered before filing and/or printing returns. Very helpful! And I will still need to go back and make some minor amendments, but it just feels good knowing the process works with generating accurate returns!
What's great about it: Very thorough! Like the step-by-step guiding through each section, and the flexibility to do things in your own way
What's not so great: The tax prep process always generates a rare and unique headache and knots in my stomach! TT does not make this go away!

Great 4th year using Turbo Tax Home and Business

This product is very good, and this year used TurboTax Business for my LLC federal was very good also. Still having problems with California
What's great about it: Easy enough and I know where to go and what to look for
What's not so great: None with this product
