Always Awesome !

Always Awesome - gets me the best refund possible, checks for errors, asks all the important questions and even the smallest details that might be uncommon for most people but pertinent for a refund for other people ! Easy to use - I've been a loyal customer for 9 years !
What's great about it: Asks every question possible to maximize my refund!
overall, very good product and it allows you to follow the instructions and get tax return done faster. Should include more examples of tax law changes.
What's great about it: very good and easy to understand tax instructions
What's not so great: lacks examples to explain for new tax law changes
Overall, Turbotax made filing a relatively painless experience. While the overall presentation was clean and concise, there were places where the descriptors were too concise, had to hit the 'more help' button a bit more than I think i should have. But, a 1040 with home business and 2 states filed in less than two hours start to finish is fairly impressive
What's great about it: Good walk through of all sections
What's not so great: Short descriptions were, well, short
I have used Turbo Tax almost since it came on the market and I have always been solid and capable. The 2013 version is the best yet. It provides guidance to keep me on track and get me through any tricky areas such as depreciation, etc. In all of the years of using Turbo Tax, I have always found it to be reliable and accurate and the company's support dependable. I have never felt that I was left "hanging out by myself" - even in the first year of massive e-filing when Intuit's servers were overwhelmed by those of us who don't like to finish our returns too early. Even though some of us could not file by the deadline, Intuit kept us all on good terms with the IRS, which I much appreciated. That history of customer care is one of the main reasons I continue to use Turbo Tax, and fully intend to use it next year as well. As I said earlier, solid and dependable where it counts.
What's great about it: Always dependable and accurate. Lets you work at your own pace - guided each step or jumping from topic to topic.
What's not so great: None significant that I have found ecept maybe the price since I have to use the personal and the business versions.
I thought the program was easy and intuitive again this year. I was very late in getting the program and filing, but was able to go through the entire program in about 4 hours.
It would not automatically ask me the sf of the workshop, even after I entered the fact that we had a business space separate from the house. As a result, I lost those deductions. I never had trouble like I did this year. The new design is horrible.
What's great about it: in-home tax capability
What's not so great: programming did not catch or automate separate workshop
