Great software!! Used it for years.

I admit that if I had Quicken loaded on this computer the process would have been a lot easier because I would have been able to do uploads. I learned my lesson by not having saved my previous year TurboTax return on my portable hard drive since the computer where I have done the previous tax returns and my Quicken software died on me a couple of months ago. I had to start from scratch.
Lesson learned: Save your stuff in more than one location.

This Turbo Tax was very easy and definitive!
took all the stress out of going into a tax office and sat down for an hour or longer with people that I do not even know..

I made less money after deductions this year but paid twice the tax. I tried to compare last years and this years to find error but was unable to. I feel like there is a glitch I cant find or find comprehensible help in selections offered to me
What's not so great: feel like return is incorecct couldnt get help

Only way to file your taxes!

I swear I wouldn't never go back. Once you get into answering all the questions, TurboTax will drill you though all the things you wouldn't even think of looking at.
What's great about it: Not having to pay for some tax preparer service that doesn't work as hard a TurboTax and finding my savings
What's not so great: Nothing with TurboTax just hate doing income taxes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using turbo tax for many years with out any trouble. Now they say I can't e file my state tax but did it anyway. now they want money for doing so. I had no state tax due..
What's great about it: Good program
What's not so great: At the end I was told I could not efile my state taxes in but the did and now I can,t fix it.

I have used Turbo Tax for years and have not had any problems with it.
What's great about it: User friendly, so easy anyone can do it
What's not so great: pricey but cheaper than going someplace to do them

This version was much easier to use this year than last year and the summary explanations were more detailed and informative. This made everything go much quicker.
What's great about it: Allow me to select items to review in detail
What's not so great: No code for Realtor
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Easy to follow instructions and auto-checking forms for accuracy is worth the money!
What's great about it: Easy to go back and forth on the various forms. ERROR CHECK is the greatest!!
