Overall I like the TurboTax I have used it for several years and never thought I could do my own taxes before that!
What's great about it: Usually easy to understand questions,
What's not so great: can't choose each category for state return, have to go through whole thing :-( investment part unclear sometimes

I love that it saves my info year after year. It makes doing my taxes easy. With all of the help and info parts I can look up answers to questions that I might have. We have used Turbo Tax for Years (14 years) and it gets better and easier each time! '

Good times with Turbo

I have been using Turbo Tax for my taxes for many years. I love the software because the questions are easy to answer. I am not an expert on computer software, but its easy to work with.
I plan to continue to use Turbo Tax for as long as I have to file taxes.

I've been using Turbo Tax for quite some time. The only thing people need to know about the program is...IT'S FANTASTIC!!
What's great about it: The fact that Turbo Tax asks all of the questions

It will not let me efile. will not use this again.

Overall I have been very satisfied with using Turbo Tax to prepare my tax returns over several years. Intuit has made vast improvements year to year in making the Turbo Tax application more user friendly with increasing accuracy of the many mathematic calculations.
What's great about it: Intuitive, Accurate and Preparation Flexible
What's not so great: Slow Start Up and Sometimes Over Flow of Excessive Details
