What's not so great: need online chat easy accesible
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

If I Can Do It - Anybody Can !!!!

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and think this program is the best for tax preparation. I only have two (2) complaints: 1) The states should not charge to e-file as it discourages one from e-filing; 2) there is no print screen capability to print the various screens that show summary documentation and/or other material information. You need to do this with Snag-it, or another app. Not everyone has this - which makes it very difficult to incorporate these "snapshots" into your tax files.
What's great about it: East-to-follow instructions; geared for general public instead of CPA's or nerds.
What's not so great: States should NOT charge to e-file - it sends wrong message, makes you not want to e-file; no print screen capability.

Taxes are Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and it gets better every year. This year every thing went extremely easy.
What's great about it: Being walked through the tax questions with plenty of explainations.
What's not so great: None Found

Why use a Tax Person

Why anyone would ever use someone to prep their taxes is beyond me. this is all I have used for the past 6 years and it has been a godsend.
What's great about it: Intuitive, quick, dependable information
What's not so great: so inexpensive I can't deduct it.
