Refund Ready

I've used TuroTax for 4 years now and am very happy with the product. It is easy to follow, and getting more user friendly each year.
There are still missing answers, just as with any human preparer. I had to search to find that my income (all earned in a tax free state) would be taxed in my new home state, one with state tax. At the end of the review, I always seem to owe TurboTax more than my original purchase and I would like to see a page showing the potential add on fees, as well as any fees associated with e-filing.
In all, however, I'm happy and I know that I'll be back next year.
What's great about it: fast, simple preparation
What's not so great: I've been pleased, but am not happy with "add-on" at the end.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Easier this year than last. But the SEP contribution section didn't appear on it's own.
What's great about it: like the side by side from last year
What's not so great: still had to find the SEP section

I have been audited in 2011 and 2012 because of my HSA reporting through Turbo Tax-giving you one more shot. It seems as though it may have been corrected this year, I guess we shall see.
What's great about it: thorough

Worth the money!
What's great about it: 2013 has streamlined the Schedule C calcs for Ministers! Much improved helps via internet site.
What's not so great: Still not user friendly enough in some of the deduction sections.
