Anyone can use this product, my 7th grader was able to catch on very easily. simple and quick.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, simple and quick
What's not so great: Not much to dislike about this product
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This really is the way to go. It pulls in my account information that would have taken hours to put in

I continue to use Turbo Tax as it has proven to be the easiest to use and understand. Directions are straightforward and the explanations serve to both inform on new changes and confirm the appropriateness of my selections. I did have a small issue with sales tax deduction as I had bought a new car but was able to go back and walk thru it. Not sure why it did not take me through it the first time when my state, Texas, does not have an income tax but I may have made an incorrect selection. Fortunately I was able to correct it and increase my return by approximately $150.

this is my 13th year in a row doing my taxes through Turbo Tax & I am so satisfied with this service that I won't even consider another tax software service. Keep up the great work Turbo Tax .... another year in the books. Thanks.
